YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy notice

Information you choose to share

When you submit an inquiry, we collect the contact details, business information, goals and planning results included in your form. We use these details to respond to your request and manage follow-up. Campaign attribution, such as the campaign that brought you to the site, may be included.

Inquiries and marketing are separate

Submitting an inquiry lets us respond to that request. Marketing email is optional and uses a separate, unchecked opt-in. We record the wording and time of that choice. You can unsubscribe from marketing using the link in our emails.

Where your information goes

Our WordPress website stores inquiries in a private inbox accessible to authorized administrators. ActiveCampaign supports contact management and email follow-up. Calendly handles bookings made through its booking page under its own privacy notice.

Submitted inquiry details are also stored in ActiveCampaign so our team can follow up. Marketing automation requires your separate opt-in; unsubscribed or bounced contacts are flagged for review.

Spam prevention and hosting logs

Forms use validation and a hidden spam-check field. Public forms limit repeated submissions using a short-lived, hashed network identifier. That identifier is not stored with your inquiry. Hosting access logs may contain network addresses.

Analytics

Google Analytics is enabled by default unless you have chosen Essential only in Analytics preferences. You can turn analytics off at any time using that footer link; your choice is saved for future visits. It measures page visits, successful inquiries, planning-tool interactions and booking-link clicks. Custom analytics events exclude inquiry names, email addresses, messages and planning details. You can change your choice using Analytics preferences in the footer.

Questions or deletion requests

Use our contact form to ask about information you have shared, request a correction, or request deletion. We keep inquiry information for follow-up and business record purposes, and review deletion requests against any applicable record-keeping requirements.
